Kindly let me know how to fix this issue. Thanks.

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve not had this issue myself, but according to one of my colleagues this device programming is somewhat unstable on the Dongle. Try unplugging it and putting it back into the computer before trying again. It should work eventually.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You can also try to recover the Dongle as stated in our &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/nordic/short-range-guides/b/getting-started/posts/nrf52840-dongle-programming-tutorial"&gt;Dongle Programming tutorial&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;to see if that helps. I have also reported this internally so we can get to the bottom to what the problem is on our side.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Do you get the prompt that the &amp;quot;Device must be programmed, do you want to proceed?&amp;quot; Here you need to press Yes in order to proceed, as that is how you flash the device with the BLE connectivity firmware used to communicate with the nRFConnect BLE app.If you decline this, you won&amp;#39;t be able to start the BLE app.&lt;/p&gt;
