That's a good sign, that means the connection to the PC should be ok. Now, please try program the Jlink FW onto the board. You can download the jlink FW as a bin from the product file here: https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-tools/Development-Kits/nRF52840-DK/Download#infotabs. After you have downloaded it, you can program it onto the board by copying the file to the BOOTLOADER drive.

Could you try see if the board gets detected if you keep the reset button pressed while powering on the board?

Yes. But boards are also not detecting on other PC.

Thanks for the picture. The nRF is getting powered. But I misread your initial description. I thought one of the boards did work, which is why I suspected it could be something with the board switches. Considering that you see the same on two boards now, I don't think it's likely.

Do you have another PC you can try this on?

Yes, switches are in the same position and LED5 in off.

Hi,

Maybe it could be similiar to the issue reported here in this post: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/73729/nrf5340-dk-doesn-t-work even though it's not the exact same board? Either way. Please make sure the switches are in their correct positions and let me know if LED5 is on or not.
