&lt;p&gt;Sorry, It&amp;#39;s my bad. I didn&amp;#39;t notice it&amp;#39;s nRF52833, but &lt;span&gt;the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;tolerance is also 0.03 mm for D/E.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So, the nRF52833 WLCSP also use the&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;tolerance&amp;nbsp;0.03 mm for D/E?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
