&lt;p lang="en-GB"&gt;&lt;span&gt;you can use the &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ref_at_commands/REF/at_commands/security/cmng.html"&gt;Credential storage management %CMNG &lt;/a&gt;&lt;span&gt;command to delete all the certificates stored in the modem. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="en-GB"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;fterwards, you can create a new &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ug_nrf91_dk_gsg/UG/nrf91_DK_gsg/updating_certificates.html"&gt;nRF Connect for Cloud certificate&lt;/a&gt;. This should restore your modem certificate settings.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="en-GB"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;I’m not quite sure if deleting other certificates is related to your connection problem with the Azure Hub, though. Each modem socket uses his own security tag that is allocated by the application.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
