This problem is a different one: Errorcode: CouldNotCallFunction (0x9) Lowlevel error: INVALID_OPERATION (ffffffa3)

Can you please try to run the following as well?

nrfjprog --recover

Yes it's the same USB cable than before and i just try right now with an other, same problem.

The CMD said that :

C:\Users\leo>nrfjprog -v
ERROR: JLinkARM DLL is invalid. Please reinstall latest JLinkARM DLL.

I have to reinstall Jlink with the latest version?

Are you using the same USB cable as previous? Meaning, does the USB cable have data pins or is it just charging? Please try with another cable. When powered on, what LEDs are on?

In command line, e.g. CMD, what do you get if you issue the command

nrfjprog -v
