Sorry for the delayed answer.

I don't think it is possible to order engineering version of the nrf53 anymore.

As for the RFQ id i cant find exact listing or reference to a product. anything ordered now will be D0 or later.

The customer asked if the chip of that part is the D0/DB version, or the earlier AB.
