From what I can see in the screenshots, it seems like you've removed quite a few include paths from the original example projects, which is likely the reason you're not able to build it. I would suggest, like awneil implies, that you try building an unmodified SDK example first, as it should build successfully as-is.

It's a lot easier if you post code & messages as text - rather than pictures.

You can see that the #error is at the end of a series of #if directives - so one of those conditions should have been true.

Presumably, you want NRF51 ?

where, exactly, are you getting that example from? Have you modified it?

SDK examples should just build as-is

Note that nRF51 are not recommended for new BLE designs: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/13244/is-nrf52-recommended-over-nrf51-for-new-development/187456#187456 - and that's over 2 years old.
