I think the latest version should also work with nRF5 SDK 16.0.0.</div> <div>In <a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/60395/segger-embedded-studio-4-52-won-t-activate-the-nordic-free-license">another ticket,</a>&nbsp;one developer mentioned &quot;I can still confirm that it takes Segger some amount of time after license issuance for it to rattle through their systems and become a valid activation license.&quot; I am not sure if you meet the same issue.
