Hi Charlie,

my colleague tried to update my board with my USB cable and it worked. So the board and the cable are ok. He also imported the file from the download ordner. I think we completely do the same things.

The board is updated now, so I don't know the previos version.

Hi Joshua,

It looks everything is fine before the error happens on the log. I just give you some suggestions to debug this issue:

1. Put the modem zip file under C disk to try.

2. Do you have another nRF9160 device or computer? so you can confirm if it is caused by the computer or DK board.

3. Try with anotehr USB cable.

4. What's your current modem firmware version? I can try to update from this version to 1.3.0 on my computer to see if the same issue happens.
