You can check out different modules and see fi there are any that might fit your needs there.

We need the hardware plus an API/SDK so that we can program the device to ring the alarm. We will integrate the module, coded by us, using the API/SDK provided by vendor, to our React Native app.

Are you looking for a finished third-party module for this? Or are you planning to design and develop a custom BLE tag as well?
