For the nRF24L01+ you can use the EK files found here as reference:

We do not support new development for the nRF905.

Hello Øyvind,

Do you know where I can find the updated files of these same devices? The nRF24L01 module that I am using has a different patch antenna?

Also, apart from the patch antenna being up to date, are the rest of the components from those 2010 files the same or do you think they have updated those as well?

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I added the PCB files to my original answer, note that these products are getting old so the formats might not be the most recent. Hopefully this is what you were looking for.

Hi Øyvind, Thanks for your fast answer. This is not what I was asking for. I asked for source PCB files (not Gerber) from any layout software (Altium, Pads, Eagle and so on) which I can import into my layout software.
