That should be enough to use the Serialization Libraries for the host chip to communicate with the Nordic chip. The available PHY are UART and SPI and you can use any one of them. In your setup you using UART should work fine with this library. Please read the docs carefully to see how you configure the PHY to the UART in the software.

Thanks for sharing details,.

Host Controller is STM32H743BI, I have connected UART (TX,RX, RTS, CTS) and BLE_RESET with main controller (STM32). Is that enough for data transmission from main controller and for BLE operation.. or do i need to connect SPI or any other Interfaces needed ?

What is the host controller here? You most likely are interested to connect one of the serial peripherals of the BM833 to the HCI. The specs are given here in the Fanstel website and you can check the pinout for this module on page 16. You can route the serial peripherals to any of the configurable GPIO pins.
