Not unusual for an early engineering release. Shame the PWM isn't working at all, that would have ben something I wanted to test and a little disappointing I2S is out. On the whole that list is slightly more 'alpha' that I would have expected, but not much.

I also have a similar dilemma living in Canada.

Mouser is also the only site that appears to have stock... or maybe they're the only ones that have updated their site to allow orders to be processed right now.

yeah I mouser'ed it - I can never get the other guys to ship out here to Singapore. 120 when I logged in, 103 now, it's a good start.

I wasn't invited either - bummed me out too :) . But I just bought a dev kit from Mouser and provided they don't get all caught up in red tape like they usually do, I hope to have it by the weekend.
