&lt;p&gt;Looking at their website, it seems to be targeted towards another MCU family:

&lt;p&gt;This pack is not compliant with nRF51.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On a generic note: The Cortex M-series is &amp;quot;backwards compatible&amp;quot;, ie: you can run M0 code on a M3/M4, but not M3/M4 code on a M0.&lt;/p&gt;
