Thanks, but my interest on nRF24 series is related to the availability of a already existing card equipped with amplifier.

Unitil it will be possible, i'll get stick to that chip.

If you do not need 250kbps mode you could look at the nrf52810 or nrf52811. Both are SOC, but can be used with serialisation sw. Depending on what application mcu you are using it might be a possibility to replace them both with a larger soc.

What chip can be used instead of nRF24 ? i use nRF24L01+ and i buy it on a card with an amplifier.

Please consider using a newer chip, we are no longer supporting sw development on the nRF24 chips. ^But you could have a look at this: nAN24-12 - Software Examples Using ShockBurst Modes in nRF24L01 and nRF24LU1
