very sorry,i use the zephyr project,the configuration isn't the same as ncs.iThere sre a lot diffrence in nrf of NCS with zephyr.Firstly,in zephyr,the hci_rpmsgis splited to alone project.so i must build and flash twices.The err code is the same,so what is the problem?

I try as you de3scribled ,err -134 suggest the unsupported values,i can't find where the unsupported values is.do you try a agains?look forward to your reply.

Try to erase the kit (nrfjprog -e) before programming.
