Yes this is correct.

I would recommend that you submit the finished design for a review. This is done by opening a private ticket and uploading your schematic and Gerber files. This service is of no cost to you, and may save you time in the case you overlooked some aspect in the design process.

I have one last question and it might be a bit dumb. When the schematic shows VDD_nRF ~ this is meaning connect to other VDD pins on the NRF?

So in the example picture below as example, all circled in red would be connected to each other?

"High Voltage mode when the supply voltage is only connected to the VDDH pin and the VDD pin is not connected to any voltage supply"

Hi.

You can connect the battery to VDDH, like how its done on the nRF52833.

The different regulator configurations for the nRF52820 is shown here. The regulated VDD can be set as described here.

If USB is not used VBUS can just be grounded.
