I am sorry for the late reply. Could you do the following in order to debug this problem:

Can you try to test the bootloader alone using one of the packages for testing provided in the subfolder examples\dfu\secure_dfu_test_images, this why you will see if the problem is with the image generated or not.

I'v tried "usb_serial", but nrfutil not support this, so I use "nrfutil dfu --help" to check details，and found the right commnad is "usb-serial", just as the following picture:

Hi,

It looks like you had a typo and the command should be:

nrfutil dfu usb_serial

not 'usb-serial'

You can also call 'nrfutil dfu usb_serial --help' for help and see if that works.
