What kind of host device do you use to send the data?

Looking at your changes, I see you configure the buffer to 70000 in size. Any particular reason you chose this number?

Wouldn't you also get a speed improvement if you picked a number that is a multiple of the BLOCK_SIZE, but smaller than 70000?

Say 16384?

Then you should reduce RAM usage, while still providing a larger buffer for the flash operations.

The communication speed between soc and nor flash is 32M, and I've already grabbed it through the logic analyzer

Have you tried probing the interface between the SoC and the storage device, to see whether there is much activity?

this is my configuration,when i test it takes me 15minutes copy 7MB files to extern nor flash,

You can't use our configuration, our external NOR Flash is not the same as the NOR Flash on the DK board, we refer to the routine path is “v1.5.1-dev\zephyr\samples\subsys\usb\mass\src\main.c" , you can download to the DK board, then copy a 7MB file to see the file transfer speed

Could you upload your application as a zipped file (prj.conf, overlay files, main.c etc..), such that I can test it myself.
