I wish to create a mesh for my product and I have two options Zigbee and nordic SoC. My application involves very little data transfer and that too at very low rate ( once every 5 minutes), its a sensor network. Also I have no power constrains

RE: Mesh on nrf

For ANT, this question may be helpful to you.

For BLE we have a rebroadcasting mesh implementation available here. There are some questions with some more information on this forum.

Wirepas Pino may also be something to look into. They have made a mesh protocol for the nRF51 Series, see this.

RE: Mesh on nrf

Hello,

I have just published my mesh network on GitHub, it works with the nRF51 chipset and the S130 SoftDevice, have a look here:

devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../

I have simulated the mesh with around 400 nodes. I assume that it could handler bigger use-cases with some additionally implemented saveguards, but have a look for yourself.
