What exact application are you starting when this occurs? The nRFConnect, or any of the apps included in nRFConnect? Please try uninstalling the application, then try deleting C:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\nrfconnect\settings.json from your computer manually before reinstalling the application. You can also try opening this sources.json file to see what happens. Truth is I haven't seen this error message before.

Hello,

the error occur on application starting, the OS is Windows 10 Pro (Sistema operativo a 64 bit, processore basato su x64, proc:Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.71 GHz) , the version NRF connect is : 3.7.0, I tried to reinstalling it but nothing.

I need some more information to help you out here. When does this error occur on your side? What version of nRFConnect are you running on your computer and on what OS are you running it? Have you tried reinstalling it?
