FYI, I know this post is old but if someone still runs into this. Sometimes the dependencies of the SDK are not properly installed, and you get exactly the above error. This seems to happen especially on Linux, as in my case. The fix is to click 'Update SDK' on the dropdown menu of your SDK installation in the toolchain manager. It varies from project to project, so there is unfortunately no set maximum length I can provide.

Hi,

There is a known issue related to having a too long path. Try installing the sdk at C:/v1.6.0.
