Does this happen when you set the window size to 10 second, with the live view button switched on? May I ask what type of computer this is? Intel or AMD? AMD has some issues with USB packet loss. Looks like it receives some corrupted data, and is unable to recover. Can you try changing the USB cable, connect the PPK2 directly into the computer if you are using a USB hub, or try another USB port?
