Thanks for the response! We do use the custom bootloader for nRF52832 and this behavior does happen in an unmodified example. I will step through the code and figure out where the pin states changes during DFU

As I know the DFU process would not affect the GPIO status.

Do you modify the BLE bootloader? Does it happen to the unmodified example? You should step into the code to see what modify the GPIO status.
