&lt;p&gt;First off, can you try upgrading to the latest nrfjprog and J-Link version to see if that helps. I&amp;#39;ve asked the developers internally if there is any reason the pinreset call would have increased current consumption. I&amp;#39;ll let you know when I hear back from them.&lt;/p&gt;
