I am working on project where my requirement is something like... Device will advertise and it gets scanned by its own scanning.

What I have done so far...
1. nRF52840_DK is running a example "ble_app_multirole_lesc".

That will not be possible, the radio can't be both in receive and transmit mode at the same time. When you switch mode to TX to transmit the advertising packet, RX mode will be disabled. Once the packet is transmitted on-air you can switch back to RX mode, but then the on-air transmit will be done and the packet is lost.
