i have solved this problem. and USB DFU is verified. and let me share some info here, and maybe some need this.

i have saw some ticket in the zephyr github ticket, i have gone exactly the same problem as them.

solutions:

use zadig.exe to install the driver, i tried libusbk and winusb, i am not sure which driver is correct, we'd better try both as below:

and this usb device should be listed as libusbk usb device, as below.

and terminal would be like this, and uart will show the log as our developer described.
