the Answer was totally Helpfull, thanks to Simon
but in fact i did upgraded the python package and used a latest version of toolchain SDK
and the problem was set done

If you use the Toolchain Manager, you don't need to install anything. Just click on one button ("Install") and everyting will get installed automatically (west, python etc..).

that's what i did but i got blocked on the stage of the pip3 libs which need to be installed
I installed all the required package managers
chocolatey, west, python and all
i dont get how to overstep this issue
please if u have recommended steps, keep me informed

Please use the Toolchain Manager to install NCS. Follow the approach explained here:
