I programmed the nRF52840 using the hex file you have attached.

But getting same issue.

Hi,

A better way to handle the board controller would be to use an NCS sample (e.g. Zephyr's hello_world), and configure the board controller through the device tree by adding this overlay file:

devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../nrf9160dk_5F00_nrf52840.overlay

Remember that the samples has to be built for the 1.0.0 board revision.

Here is a precompiled .hex for the board controller:
