 Actually we are searching for a chip which has more than one UART channel for communication. 
 Can we define more than one UART channel with GPIO configuration? &lt;p&gt;nRF52832 has only one UART(E) instance. This instance can be moved around to different GPIOs for the TX and RX pins, but it can only be connected to one pin-set at the time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;nRF52833 and nRF52840 have &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ps_nrf52840/uarte.html#topic"&gt;two UARTE instances&lt;/a&gt;, so this is an option if you need more UART instances.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;nRF5340 have support for &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ps_nrf5340/uarte.html#topic"&gt;up to 5 UARTE instances&lt;/a&gt; (4 in application core + 1 in network core), but note that these share base address with SPI/TWI instances, so you can only enable one protocol for each instance at a time.&lt;/p&gt;
