Hi all,

I have figured out the issue. Once I flashed the sample bluetooth mesh in the nRF Connect SDK I was able to find the device on the app.

Again, we don't make the Laird module so we don't know what to flash on the module.

If you can program the module, you can think of using our nRF5 SDK for Mesh. Download the SDK here: https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-software/nrf5-sdk-for-mesh

You can test with our example in the SDK, for example \examples\light_switch

I have flashed firmware onto it. It's BL653 v30.1.1.0.

Hi Spencer,

Have you flashed any firmware on the BL653 ? Without any firmware it will not act as a mesh device.
