 I am looking for example/ sample implementation of secure boot/ erase using NCS SDK v1.6.x, suitable for nRF52833. 
 Please point me where I can see such code, or document/ resource that explains how I can do this.

In essence, there is a B0 / immutable bootloader which is the first stage and that never changes.
