1、I have replaced the startupfiles in the project form nRF52840 to nRF52833,As shown in the figure below.

2、This error also occurs when compiling the project of your attachment，As shown in the figure below.

You need to replace the startupfiles in the project form nRF52840 to nRF52833. Attaching the project for your reference that works and compiles

I do not think that you have set the section placement macros correctly. They should look something like below when using BLE protocol stack (softdevice)
