PCA10095 0.8.0 is referred to as nrf5340pdk, while 0.9.0 and newer are referred to as nrf5340dk. nrf5340pdk is deprecated and is not supported in newer versions of NCS. He is likely building for nrf5340dk, or using a version of NCS that does not support the PCA10095 0.8.0.

RE: issue of PCA10095 download on SES

The customer said that the nrf5340 board designed by him could be downloaded normally，What do you think is the most likely reason why the PCA10095 board cannot be downloaded?

RE: issue of PCA10095 download on SES

Hi,

Could you tell me which version of NCS you are using? The latest supported version for PCA10095 0.8.0 is NCS v1.4.2.

Did you install the SDK using the nRF Connect desktop app and its Toolchain Manager? If so, are you opening SES using the "Open IDE" button in the Toolchain Manager?

Can you try installing/updating/repairing the nRF Command Line Tools, then connect and turn on the board, open the command line and run these two commands:

nrfjprog --recover --coprocessor CP_NETWORK
nrfjprog --recover

If it still doesn't work, can you try with a different USB cable?
