You didn't add the ble_moco_on_ble_evt() function in static void ble_evt_dispatch(ble_evt_t * p_ble_evt) in main.c, so the ble_evt_dispatch doesn't recognise the incomming BLE event.

where do you set p_moco->auf_write_handler = auf_write_handler?
