I have made it past this error, it had to do .zshrc missing the path in my $PATH environment variable.

This is all I have in the directory:

When I run the command in that directory, I get the same "zsh: command not found: nrfutil" error. I close all my terminal and restarted my computer as well.

Hello!

Did you try to restart the terminal instance after installing? This error appears when the executable can't be found in path. You can also try to run it directly from "./.local/lib/python3.9/site-packages" to see if it's installed properly.
