How to build libraries in the above setup? This is some standalone setup for nrf52840.

Can you please update how in my current application can it be moved?

Hello,

Most of our OpenThread experts are currently on vacation, which yields no good answers at this moment.

Please note that the nRF5 SDK for Thread and Zigbee v4.1.0 is based on nRF5 SDK v16 and an older OpenThread stack commit, from what I can find in the OpenThread Git repo, the latest tag is dated August 18, 2020. This includes a "Makefile-nrf52840" file. Latest nRF5 SDK for Thread and Zigbee v4.1.0 was released week 18 of 2020. In the OpenThread main branch, under openthread/tree/main/examples/platforms/nrf528xx/nrf52840, it states:
The OpenThread on nRF528xx example has moved to https://github.com/openthread/ot-nrf528xx

We do recommend moving newer designs over to the nRF Connect SDK which also supports OpenThread v1.2.
