Hi,

Seems like NRF_MESH_PROV_LINK_TIMEOUT_MIN_US only applies to link estalishment phase. To change the provisioning protocol timeout, you will have to update the define PROV_BEARER_ADV_TRANSACTION_TIMEOUT_US.

Seems strange that the timeout doesn't work correclty when changing the define. I have reached out to our team to investigate, I will update you when I get a response from them.

Of course but actually I don't care about the Specification, its for a personal use with specific constraints.

Can you help to find where is manage this timeout in the code ? and after I will try to adapt it to my needs.

Hi,

I'm not sure why the timeout is not reduced when reducing the value of the define, but according to Mesh Profile Specification (MshPRFv1.0.1) section 5.4.4: "The provisioning protocol shall have a minimum timeout of 60 seconds that is reset each time a provisioning protocol PDU is sent or received.". So if you plan to comply with the specification then the value cannot be reduced.
