Thanks for your patience! Yes, this was a bug that should have been fixed now in the pc-ble-driver. The lastest has been updated to v4.1.4. Please update using pip3 install -U pc-ble-driver-py, then verify version in <Python paht>\Lib\site-packages\pc_ble_driver_py\lib\.
