Hello again, Mr. Moon,

I've got a response from our modem team, and it looks like this could be an issue with the modem settings. They ask if you could please issue the following commands to the device:

AT+CFUN=0

AT%XFACTORYRESET=1

This should reset modem to factory settings. Afterwards, please power reset the board and let me know how that works.

Thank you for testing, and I'm sorry to see you are having these issues with the board.

As mentioned, I will forward this case to our nR91 team. Can you please provide modem traces as well? This will show what it going on inside of the modem to us, i.e. why it is failing.

Thanks for providing this information. Have you tried power cycling the board? From the logs Network registration status +CEREG returns:

+CEREG: 2,"2D85","01F8560C",7

2 – Not registered, but UE is currently trying to attach or searching an operator to register to.

This is often seen when device is reset too often on the network. A kind of "hold-off" by the network.

It's important to let the device connect to the network and let it receive the correct settings from the network, which the asset tracker application should handle by itself.

Have you updated the modem fw as well? How long are you leaving it to run? Could you click on the AT+CFUN? button after a while and provide the log output to me?
