Did you try to apply the udev rules from here: https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/nrf-udev?

Dear Amanda Hsieh - thanks for your reply, it was connected directly - without any other USB components... Can you suggest a quick fix?

We bought several PPK2 - and we are all using Linux OS

Right now we practically can't use them.

Hi,

Is it connecting through a hub or something? Could you connect the device directly to the PC and unplug other USB devices as well. We are working on upgrading the technology underhood which will fix the problem, but it takes time.

no it doesn't - it's just appear again.

If I choose NO, I can select the device from the list and it fails (attached another screenshot)

(permissions issues)
