The problem was because of the voltage regulator, it's working fine now.

Thank you very much! and sorry for responding so late too :)

I found the problem, it was with the voltage regulator I'm using, I added a low pass filter to it's "Enable" pin, which was causing a reset to my controller, and it worked just fine.

@zizo: Sorry for late response, could you try to capture a logic analyzer trace of what happened on the SPI interface ? Aslo a schematics of how you connect the module and the PIC would be useful.
