&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;From our nRF9160 Product Brief, the numbers for&amp;nbsp;NB-IoT are (DL/UL): &lt;strong&gt;30/60 kbps&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;I would &lt;a href="https://www.gsma.com/iot/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/201906-GSMA-NB-IoT-Deployment-Guide-v3.pdf"&gt;recommend reading the GSMA NB-IoT Deployment Guide&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
