Seems you still can use P18 to program the DK.

If you want to program via the onboard debugger (usb port), you might need to change a new board.

I would suggest change a new DK. Contact your provider to ask if it's possible to change.

Hi Amanda,

No, the drive does not appear when holding down BOOT/RESET button when powering on.
This does work on the other card, a BOOTLOADER drive appears..
I installed the mbedWinSerial driver, but that did not help.

I think I need to flash the card using the Segger jtag programmer. And I think this is how I ended up with this problem, meaning, I have used the P18 port and a programmer to program the card and that way lost the bootloader.

Any idea what else I can try?

Have you tried to press the IF BOOT/RESET button while power cycling the kit? It should then show up as a Removable Storage Device named "BOOTLOADER". Then you can drag-and-drop the J-LINK interface MCU firmware found here (v170724) onto the storage device to reprogram the JLINK firmware.

If the kit does not show up as "BOOTLOADER", try to download and install the mbed Windows serial port driver from here: http://developer.mbed.org/media/downloads/drivers/mbedWinSerial_16466.exe
