I did try with different cables and also on differente PCs, but no USB device appears, and allways the LED1 light of NRF52840 flashing.

Make sure that all the switches are in the correct places and that if the current measurement solder bridge is cut (SB40), make sure that pin header P22 is shorted with a jumper cable.&lt;/p&gt;
