&lt;p&gt;The memory can be considered non-volatile as long as the IC is used within the &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.nrf52832.ps.v1.1/abs_max_ratings.html?cp=4_2_0_4#abs_max_ratings"&gt;specified temperature and voltage range&lt;/a&gt;. Outside the specifications the IC can be damaged, and the flash thus malfunction.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
