&lt;p&gt;For the nRF5340 you need to set the MTU configuration both for the hci_rpsg running on the network core and for the application. It is clean to do this like you do here, having&amp;nbsp;child_image/hci_rpmsg.conf in the folder of the application. You can refer to the &lt;a href="https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/1.6.1/nrf/samples/bluetooth/throughput/README.html"&gt;Throughout sample&lt;/a&gt; to see the relevant configuration for the network core and application core.
