Hi Torbjørn

The image was loaded into flash via J-Link debug interface using nrfjprog (via west flash). The Upgrade mechanism with swapping from secondary to primary slot was not involved.

Flashing merged.hex with nrfConnect Tool solved the problem, and since then it did not happen again.

Could you let me know how you loaded the image into the flash in the first place?

Did you flash the image through the debugging interface, or have you used some kind of bootloader to load the image into the flash?

Did this situation occur after you loaded a new image into the secondary image?
