Based on the fact that it is not possible to update the Interface MCU firmware, which is only possible through setting the devkit in bootloader mode.

I had connected the I2C lines at P0.14 and P0.15 at P24 connector.

The version of my DK is 2.0.1

In the command line, no message is prompt.

And last but not least, I had tried to power on DK after pressing and holding the IF/BOOT, but hard luck yet not update the same result. Nothing is happenning.

What version of the DK are you working on?

Does the board show when issuing the following command in Command Prompt:

nrfjprog --ids

Did you first power off the DK? After this press and hold IF/BOOT, then power on the board? This should allow the board to enter bootloader mode and a mass storage device should show on your computer with the name Bootloader. Now you should be able to pull the Interface MCU FW (found under Download section of the nRF52840DK product page)

No, Power cycling doesn't work for me.

Also, the connection of a sensor was in the previous week.

Right now, my DK has no connection with any sensor, I am just trying to detect it in my system.

Does power cycling work for you? Are you able to detect the board after power cycling?

Have you removed the I2C sensor? How are you connecting the sensor? Can you please provide a picture of your setup?

Have you tried power cycling the DK?

As Windows 7 was end of lifed on January 14, 2020, we cannot guarantee that the DK will fully function with the OS.

It was an accelerometer that is I2C based that I had connected with DK board, after some hardware connection when I plugged again the board is not detecting. And after that, I continuously facing this problem.

My system is Win7 64bit.
