6. It sounds like the DFU upload complete successfully so the question then is why the application isn't running properly. Can you try to attach a debugger to the target and debug the application to see if it may have crashed?

7. You will have to modify the pc-ble-driver-py implementation to use the SD API version 6 instead of 5. I don't have the exact steps for this process, but you can use the existing support for v2 and v5 as a reference.

There are some API changes which you need to incorporate into the nrfutil BLE DFU transport to make this work. Please refer to the migration document I sent you earlier.
